Visiones contrastadas de auto-ficción ultraperiférica: José Vicente Pascual y Sergio Mayor

A través de los conceptos de autoficción y ultraperiferia analiza la obra de dos autores, José Vicente Pascual González y Sergio Mayor Cáceres, de una generación nacida en pleno franquismo, y que hizo sus primeros pasos en la democracia española. Ambos, sin embargo, no han pagado la cuota del canon lorquiano, con sus redes de influencia y modos literarios vinculados al hecho neo-democrático, y por ello su literatura habita en los márgenes. Los dos comparten, además, el vínculo biográfico del transterrado, el uno de Granada a Canarias, y el otro a la inversa. En ese desplazamiento encuentran, a juicio del analista, su fuente de inspiración. Este artículo viene a corroborar las tesis previas del autor, antropólogo, en un libro reciente, sobre la importancia del fondo etnográfico en el proceso escritural.

Through the concepts of autofiction and ultraperiphery analyzes the work of two authors, José Vicente Pascual González and Sergio Mayor Cáceres, from a generation born in the midst of Franco's regime, and who took their first steps in the Spanish democracy. Both, however, have not paid the quota of the Lorquian canon, with its networks of influence and literary modes linked to the neo-democratic fact, and therefore their literature dwells on the margins. The two share, in addition, the biographical link of the transterrado (banished), the one from Granada to the Canary Islands, and the other the other way around. In this displacement they find, in the analyst's opinion, their source of inspiration. This article corroborates the previous thesis of the author, an anthropologist, in a recent book, on the importance of the ethnographic background in the writing process.
